CD's Electropolishing, a sister company to Creative Drain Solutions, is an Australian owned and operated company which provides electrochemical polishing services for a wide range of stainless steel products.

The electropolishing process cleans weld marks and manufacturing blemishes through the anodic dissolution of a thin layer of the surface of stainless steel. CD's Electropolishing can electropolish all grades of stainless steel only. 

Our factory is located in Melbourne and we have pickling and passivity tank sizes up to 8 x 0.4 x 0.4m which are serviced by a mechanical crane.

We aim to provide electropolishing services to produce a high-quality finish, remove machining burrs and improve the overall  corrosion resistance of your stainless steel products.

Fabrication

We have the capability to complete small stainless steel welding projects prior to electropolishing, if required.
